Password recovery

Enter the EMIS Code of your school, or the school's email address. If the school has a portal account, a link to set a new password will be sent to the address already on file.

The link goes only to the address already held on the school record, and it expires. If the school no longer has access to that address, the Ministry's EMIS Desk Officer has to change it first.

Check the school mailbox Recovery mail is sent from the Ministry and is sometimes filed as junk. Wait a few minutes and look there before asking again.
